As long as you comply with these Terms & Conditions, HackLint grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

The Site and all of its original content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to, text, images, logos, graphics, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the sole and exclusive property of HackLint or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. 5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. HackLint is a part of MMB IT Consulting LLC, which is established and operates under the jurisdiction of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You agree that the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the Site, or its subject matter or formation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MMB IT Consulting LLC (on behalf of HackLint) retains the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms & Conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
